My Responsibilities

Achievements

Loan Set Management Software (SynTrack):

Synthes medical have special requirement wherein surgery sets are sent to the Operation Theaters as loan along with implants. These are very high valued sets and needs to be monitored very well. I designed the application and same is now developed using .Net technology. This application is developed in record time and now in phase of implementation after going through multiple testing phases.

 

Fixed Asset Management:  Successfully implemented fixed asset which included loan set having a record of close to 18 years. Worked with team to clean up data and reconciling same with financial book records.

Bio-Rad is US based multinational company with having office in 40 Countries worldwide. Bio-Rad worldwide runs on Baan. Bio-Rad is manufacturer of Clinical Diagnostic and Life Science Research Equipments and Reagents. Company have manufacturing facilities in US, France, Italy, Germany etc. Worldwide they have Sales, Distribution and service facilities.

 

My Role:

  • Understanding business challenges and recommending solutions for same.
  • Training users for Sales/ Purchase and Warehouse processes.
  • Major modules known Sales, Purchase, Pricing, Service, Tools & Finance
  • Created several MIS reports as and when required.
  • Implemented Baan Distribution Module for India Operations.
  • Helped in system integration for new acquisition done by company.
  • SP22 upgrade project core team member for Baan V migration from SP13 to SP22.
  • Implemented Baan Service Module in whole Bio-Rad group for India operations. Trained all service engineers on Service Module usages. Made all the service call logging and resolution real time. My Role was of project manager in this project.
  • Also, implemented Baan Service Module in Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Malaysia, China , Hong Kong, Thailand & Taiwan.
  • Looking after finance issues. Resolving integration errors.
  • Trained complete sales team in Mumbai, Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Banglore for using Baan ERP
  • Trouble shooting and helping users for logistic activities and financial issues.
